After more than a decade of building Hallam & Co Accountancy, founder Stacey Hallam is entering an exciting new chapter in her business. The launch of our new brand, which goes hand in hand with refreshed imagery and a brand new website marks an important milestone and a reflection of how the business has grown and evolved over the years.
The Foundations
Stacey began her career in finance in 2000 and has spent over 25 years building extensive experience across a wide range of accounting and finance roles. In 2016, she made the decision to step away from full-time employment and focus entirely on building her own practice. Since then, Hallam & Co has grown steadily, with the majority of new clients coming through referrals, which is something Stacey sees as one of the biggest indicators that she’s doing things the right way.
“Referrals have always meant a lot to me,” Stacey says. “They show that clients trust the service they receive and feel confident in recommending it to others.”
Building a Business Through Trust
Over the years, Stacey has supported a wide variety of businesses, each with their own goals, challenges, and ways of working. What ties them together is a shared need for clear financial guidance and dependable support; something Stacey is passionate about providing to every client she works with.
One thing Stacey often reminds her clients is that running a successful business means continuing to invest in it and that’s exactly what this new brand and website represent.
“As accountants, we often advise our clients to invest in their businesses, whether that’s improving systems, strengthening their brand, or planning for growth,” Stacey explains. “I believe it’s important to follow that same advice myself.”

The new website has been designed to better reflect the values that have always been at the heart of Hallam & Co: clear advice, dependable expertise, and a personal service built on strong relationships. It also makes it easier for visitors to understand how Stacey works with clients and the types of businesses she supports.
For Stacey, accountancy has always been about more than just numbers. It’s about helping business owners stay organised, make informed decisions, and feel confident about the financial side of running their business.
“I know that finances can sometimes feel overwhelming for business owners. Numbers aren’t everyone’s strengths” she says. “My aim has always been to make things clearer and more straightforward, so clients can focus on what they do best.”

As Hallam & Co enters this next stage, Stacey remains committed to the same principles that have shaped the business from the beginning: building lasting relationships with clients and providing reliable support they can trust.
